An investigation is underway after two women were found dead inside a Park Slope building. Police say officers responded to a 911 call reporting an assault on Second Street and found 58-year-old Olga Bracero unconscious with multiple stab wounds. She was pronounced dead at the scene. A second woman, 23-year-old Kayla Wilson, was later found inside a bedroom. A police source says her injuries appeared to be self-inflicted. The Medical Examiner will determine the official cause and manner of both deaths. Video from inside the building shows blood along hallway walls and a staircase. Police have not publicly said what happened inside the building leading up to the deaths as the investigation continues.
