Frightening video shows the moment an unsuspecting woman suddenly plummeted through a loose manhole cover in Brazil. Bystanders rushed in to help the woman, who was injured from the harsh impact of falling on the teetering cover on her way down before landing in chest-high water.
The incident comes after a grandmother plunged into an open manhole in Manhattan on May 18th and died from unimaginably painful injuries.

U.S. Marshals and Army Criminal Investigative Division (CID) agents arrested Marcin Pióro, 46, on May 19th at Fort Leonardwood, MO after authorities became aware he was wanted by INTERPOL. The arrest came as Pióro was completing basic training for the U.S. Army following his enlistment in the Illinois National Guard several months ago. Marcin Pióro is wanted out of Poland for orchestrating a $30 million fraud scheme.
