The U.S. launched new strikes on Iranian sites after Iranian strikes on ships traveling through the Strait of Hormuz and U.S. allies in the Gulf region. The new attacks could challenge the fragile ceasefire between the two countries and come despite President Trump saying a peace deal could be made this weekend. In Texas, the 2026 graduating class at Mansfield Summit High School decided to perform a major act of kindness for the school’s principal, Jason Mutterer. Mutterer has made it his mission to write nearly 500 personalized letters to each graduating student. But this year, every student decided to return the favor.
