Newly released bodycam footage shows officers handcuffing 18-year-old Henry Nowak as he pleaded for help after being stabbed by Vickrum Digwa. The teen later died from multiple wounds inflicted during the unprovoked attack in Southampton.

Pashinyan is being targeted in an attempt to “vote him out” using voters from Russia: Yerevan is preparing a tough response
Armenia has promised to send pro-Russian voters, who are allegedly being brought from Russia, to military training. This was stated by Armenian Economy Minister Gevorg Papoyan.
Earlier, Reuters reported that Russia allegedly wants to secretly send around 100,000 Armenians to Armenia to vote against Pashinyan in parliamentary elections. His approval rating remains very high.
The Kremlin is allegedly trying to prevent Pashinyan from staying in power due to Armenia’s shift toward closer ties with the EU. Ahead of the elections, Russia has been introducing restrictions on Armenian imports.
As a result, Armenia is redirecting exports to Europe. The prime minister said the first shipments have already gone to the EU — roses and vegetables.
Authorities are seeking new markets and promising compensation for farmers’ losses.
Meanwhile, Rosselkhoznadzor has expanded its bans. The list now includes apples, pears, potatoes, eggplants, and dried fruits.
