MORE | Axis of Resistance Response: The combined force continues to strike Iranian-backed Iraqi militia targets in Iraq to limit the ability of Iranian-backed Iraqi militias to conduct retaliatory attacks against the United States and Israel.

Iranian-backed Iraqi militias continue to conduct and claim to conduct attacks targeting US forces and bases in Iraq and the region.

A spokesperson for Iranian-backed Iraqi militia Harakat Hezbollah al Nujaba told Axis of Resistance-affiliated media on March 10 that the Axis of Resistance is coordinating its efforts across Iraq, Lebanon, and Yemen to strike US and Israeli military bases in the region.

The IDF has continued to conduct airstrikes targeting Hezbollah military sites in Lebanon to degrade Hezbollah’s ability to conduct retaliatory attacks against Israel.

Hezbollah claimed 29 attacks targeting IDF forces and positions in northern Israel and southern Lebanon between 3:00 PM ET on March 9 and 3:00 PM ET on March 10.

Around 140 U.S. service members have been injured during the fight with Iran, the Pentagon said. The U.S. military has struck more than 5,000 Iranian sites since its so-called “Operation Epic Fury” began, including downing over 50 Iranian ships, according to U.S. Central Command.
