U.S. boat strikes kill 11; Russia-Ukraine peace talks

LiveNOW’s Austin Westfall is speaking with retired Marine Intelligence Officer, Hal Kempfer, as we hear reports that the U.S. military conducted airstrikes on three vessels it says were operated by “designated terrorist organizations.” U.S. Southern Command announced 11 people were killed in the airstrikes, all of them male. We are also hearing more as delegations from Moscow and Kyiv met in Geneva on Tuesday for another round of U.S.-brokered peace talks. The meeting comes about a week before the fourth anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
