Xmp tweaked, adjusts the timings on your memory controller for optimized settings. Xmp 2, loads the full memory profile, xmp 1, just loads the default timings. Im on a strix z690e mobo and that’s how it is in mine. Come to think of it after I jumped from 32gb to 64gb of ram I no longer see the tweaked option in my bios
