For questions, contact the Horry County Registration and Elections Office at 843-915-5440. Allows qualified voters to cast a ballot by mail prior to Election Day. You can submit your request for an application as early as January 1 of the election year. You must request an absentee ballot every year, this does not carry over from previous years.
