Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Uber hereby grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, non-assignable license, during the term of this Agreement, to use our Platform (including the Driver App) solely for the purpose of providing Rides and accessing services associated with providing Rides.
