In the case of I-485, how does tracking cases by +/- 500 help? Once the service centers process the case isn’t it up the FO on how quick the case moves? I’m a professional app developer and I’m willing to develop a free application which can do such kind of tracking, so just trying to get more information on how the process works in general.
