“Hunting the delta in the winter and inclimate weather in a 12 foot boat with 2 men, a dog and equipment is a good way to die. That would be a totally overloaded boat, a dangerous situation. Just a wake from a moderate sized craft could easily swamp that 12 footer loaded like that.
