I wonder if I will be able to file the exemption paperwork with the standard registration forms and keep the money at the time of sale, or if ill have to submit the taxes, then wait for the exemption forms to be accepted, and ultimately recoup the money at a later date. Im crossing my fingers that the former occurs.
