No one simply understands why Russians do things. The ROSNEFT oil refinery in #Ryazan, Moscow Oblast, may be the one the Russian authorities want obscured. As of now, it is still visible on Yandex’s site (image 1) so I am posting a copy here in case anyone ever needs to review it for targeting information and such… Or, they can use the Google Earth version (image 2) instead which will still be available.
