Public criminal history record search is required by Minnesota Statutes §13.87, Subd. 1 (c). The Methamphetamine Offender Registry (MOR) search is required by Executive Orders 06-09 and 11-08. The Adult-Use Cannabis Act requires automatic expungement of certain cannabis-related records from the BCA’s Criminal History System (CHS).
