I then found an unfamiliar phone number in my account’s contact info and removed it. I now have 2FA on my bank account and have had no further issues. Verify all your account info is accurate, change your online banking password, and enable 2FA. It wouldn’t be a bad idea to check your credit history for suspicious accounts.
