Voters in Kirkwood have chosen Liz Gibbons to lead the city as mayor. Gibbons will succeed longtime Mayor Tim Griffin, who has been termed out. Gibbons earned 3,662 votes, or 63.6% of the votes, according to unofficial election results from the St. Louis County Board of Elections.
