I told Quadratec I wanted to cancel if they couldn’t provide a concrete timeline on the order. The cancellation request must’ve gotten their attention, because they responded saying they contacted the supplier and apparently it was originally sent out with the window panels but got lost in the mail. They put in a replacement order for me.
