A Gunman in Montenegro killed at least 10 People in a Mass Shooting in Cetinje, marking one of the Country’s worst Tragedies. Aleksandar Martinovic, 45, opened Fire at a Restaurant and other Locations, killing multiple Victims, including two Children. Four others were critically injured. The Suspect, reportedly Intoxicated and with a History of Illegal Weapons Possession, remained at large in the surrounding Hills as Police deployed Drones and Special Units. Officials stated the Attack was not linked to Organized Crime. Montenegro, shocked by the Incident, declared three Days of National Mourning. Prime Minister Milojko Spajic called it a “Terrible Tragedy,” and President Jakov Milatovic exp
