Outlook for Mac 2016 Crashes on startup… – Microsoft Community

Outlook 2016 on my Mac crashes on startup. I’ve tried so many guides, tips etc online but nothing can fix it. Can anyone help me? It’ annoying as I’ve paid for the programme and it just won’t work.
