Make sure that you are using the correct iCloud email address and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it by going to the iCloud login page and clicking “Forgot Apple ID or password.” Make sure that you have a stable internet connection. If your connection is poor, it can cause problems with logging into iCloud.
