RT by @mikenov: RT by @mikenov: Merz addressed Putin: I want to reiterate my appeal from here. Mr. Putin, please stop this senseless war. We are ready for negotiations, ready to discuss with you ways to end it. But these barbaric attacks on the civilian population of Ukraine must stop. War crimes are being committed here every day. We are talking about infrastructure targets. The country is preparing for winter. I appeal once again to the Russian leadership, to the President of Russia: stop this war. We can negotiate, but only after the guns fall silent. And the guns must fall silent.
