The U.S. conducted a Tomahawk cruise missile strike today on the Parchin Military Complex east of Tehran.
Geolocation confirmed: 35.482814, 51.758015
The reference landmark is Anahid Tower, Shahrak-e Anahid, eastern Tehran. Camera bearing is southeast toward Parchin, approximately 30km from the camera position.
Parchin houses explosives testing and munitions research facilities and has been subject to IAEA scrutiny over suspected nuclear weapons-related activity for years.
The smoke column’s size and vertical development are consistent with a large secondary detonation event rather than a detonation of Tomahawk warheads.
