The Russian-flagged tanker Anatoly Kolodkin delivered about 100,000 metric tons of crude to Cuba’s port in Matanzas Bay – the first major oil delivery since U.S. sanctions cut off most fuel supplies earlier this year.

An elderly gunman, reportedly aged 89, wounded five people in two separate shooting incidents in central Athens, Greece, on Tuesday (April 28 ), according to police.
