Cargo unconfirmed, but coincides with the visit of Turkey’s National Defence University delegation to #NagornoKarabakh‘s Shusha/i town, under Azeri military control since 2020. Number of flights suggests something more than simply a delegation.
*Nasosnaya airbase just outside of Baku is undergoing major renovations with an extra runway added, as well as reinforced hangers for aircraft.
