Investigators with the National Transportation Safety Board are in the Twin Cities Sunday, looking into what caused a deadly plane crash Saturday in Brooklyn Park shortly after it took off from the Crystal Airport. Two people on the plane were killed after it immediately caught fire upon impact at a park.

Earlier, the United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) Centre reported an incident 6nm northeast of Garacad, Somalia, where “unauthorized persons” took control of a cargo vessel which was subsequently redirected into territorial waters. Per the release, the activity is likely from a pirate action group or PAG.
