A deadly shootout involving multiple guns disrupted an adult soccer game Sunday evening at Eastman Park in Poughkeepsie, New York. Poughkeepsie police confirm 46‑year‑old Carl Chambers of Marlboro was shot and killed. Another man was hospitalized and is expected to survive. Investigators say at least three guns were fired, including a high‑powered rifle, during the exchange of gunfire across the street from the soccer field as spectators were nearby. No arrests have been made, and police have not yet determined whether the two men who were shot were victims or suspects.
