Prosecutors allege the agent, identified as Gregory Donnell Morgan Jr., pointed a handgun at two civilians while driving on a Minneapolis-area highway after attempting to bypass traffic on the shoulder. Authorities say the victims, unaware they were dealing with a federal officer in an unmarked vehicle, believed they were being threatened by a random armed individual. The officer later claimed he feared for his safety and attempted to identify himself as law enforcement, but investigators determined the actions warranted two counts of second-degree assault with a dangerous weapon.
