An Iranian source has told Reuters that several IRGC and civilian decision-makers have been killed in the decapitation strikes so far. It’s yet unclear who, but some reports indicate that a senior official within Iran’s nuclear negotiations framework, Ali Shamkhani, may be one of the aforementioned group of people.
