We held a meeting with Prime Minister of Ukraine Yuliia Svyrydenko regarding the sequence of steps and the timeline for approving the updated resilience plans for our regions and for the energy sector as a whole. The key changes that need to be implemented have already been prepared, and in the near future we will define Ukraine’s strategy for the next winter, taking into account the experience of those regions and communities that demonstrated greater efficiency this winter.
The Prime Minister also reported on the Government’s readiness to ensure the annual pension indexation starting March 1. Pensions and insurance benefits will be indexed by 12.1%, and overall the increase will benefit about ten million Ukrainians. Even under the conditions of a full-scale war, our state ensures the indexation of pensions and all necessary social payments. We are also preparing other decisions that will support people and Ukrainian communities. Glory to Ukraine!

He was shot in the back on the evening of February 27, 2015, just a few hundred meters from the Kremlin.
The organizer and those who ordered the murder have still not been found.
