As part of today’s batch documents published by the Justice Department, a court subpoena directed at President Donald J. Trump’s Mar-a-Lago Resort in Palm Beach, Florida, was released, dated October 5, 2021. The subpoena, filed by the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, demanded “Any and all employment records relating to REDACTED,” possibly Virginia Giuffre, in relation to the Justice Department’s case at the time against convicted sex offender and trafficker Ghislaine Maxwell.
