“Germany is one of Armenia’s main trading partners in the European Union [(EU)], the first one, and we are interested in further deepening mutually beneficial economic cooperation,” the Armenian PM noted.
Pashinyan stated that peace with Azerbaijan shall bring advantages to Armenia, Azerbaijan, the South Caucasus, and also the EU.
“I hope and am convinced that we will reach the point of opening the Armenia–Turkey border; this means a direct connection [for Armenia] with the EU, including Germany,” the Armenian premier added.
