About 23 girls are missing from a Central Texas camp after catastrophic flash flooding swept through the region overnight, officials said.
An emotional Lt. Gov. Dan Patrick asked Texans to “do some serious … on your knees kind of praying” that the girls are found. “If they are alive and safe, we will find them,” he said.
