Переговоры по прекращению огня в Украине на техническом уровне, вероятно, продолжатся в Ватикане на следующей неделе. Об этом заявил президент Финляндии Александр Стубб. По его словам, США не отказались от своей роли посредника в мирном урегулировании, но теперь в переговорах более активно задействована и Европа.
