The “shocking moral depravity” (as opposed to the Trump’s old fashioned escapades) of the “Diddy Affair”, with celebrities fleeing the country, probably to avoid arrests.

Other, additional factors, such as natural disasters, hurricanes, and also strikes, etc., etc.
People are scared. The world looks to turn on them and against them. The voters look for the safety and stability, and they find it in Trump’s “sturdiness”, whatever illusory it might be.
The psychology of masses is the psychology of children. They do not rely on the intellectual analysis, they are moved by their emotional impressions.
