Hello Beyond, in my opinion, is trash compared to Rise or some of the other dispensaries in Illinois. The way HB operates is inefficient and chaotic. Bloomington Normal created a monopoly in this area and have since rejected numerous proposals to open more dispensaries. Opening more would decrease wait times and increase competition.
