BREAKING:
Sweden announces it will increase its military personnel from 88 000 to 127 300 by 2035.
The Swedes will also raise defense spending from 1.5% of GDP last year to 2.6% by 2028.
Under the new plan, they will strengthen their air defense and acquire more artillery
