Russia strikes Kharkiv apartment block with new missile, killing 7 including children

A Russian missile strike on a five-story apartment building
in Kharkiv killed at least seven people, including two children, Ukraine’s
Prosecutor General’s Office reported
on March 7, adding that the weapon used was the new Izdelie 30 missile.
