Back in 2021, police arrested 19-year old Tayvin Galanakis for DUI in Newton, Iowa. The only problem was: He was stone-cold sober. Officers initially pulled Galanakis over for driving with his bright lights on, which the 19-year old explained was because he had a headlight out.
