All eyes are on the border after the election amid fears that the cartel could be pushing migrants in before President-elect Donald Trump is inaugurated in January.

Arizona passed a law giving power to local law enforcement to act as immigration officials, giving them the ability to arrest migrants crossing the border illegally. Plus, Trump said he would be relying on local law enforcement to carry out the migrant deportations along the border.

Brett Eagleson, president of 9/11 Justice, tells NewsNation’s “Elizabeth Vargas Reports” he’s angry that a judge ruled the plea deals cut by three alleged 9/11 plotters may stand. Eagleson says a public trial remains the best vehicle for releasing all the information about the men who plotted the attacks on the U.S. in 2001. The biggest question now, 23 years later, is “What did Saudi Arabia do, and why is our government still protecting them?”
