Amidst the rash of large wildfires breaking out in the Los Angeles area of California, the White House has released a statement saying that a “Fire Management Assistance Grant to help reimburse the state for immediate firefighting costs” has already been approved. So far, firefighters have yet to be able to contain the two main fires that are currently raging in the area.
