After months of legal turmoil, the Missouri Supreme Court placed a referendum on a 2025 congressional map on the November 2026 ballot. If Missourians vote yes on Proposition A, then the map aimed at ousting Democratic Congressman Emanuel Cleaver goes into effect for the 2028 election cycle.
