#FBI Ex-FBI Intelligence Officials Charged: Less than two weeks before the November 3 midterm elections, the Justice Department filed a criminal complaint charging two former FBI intelligence officials—Nikki Floris and Brad Benavides—with lying to Congress about their roles in the 2020 Hunter Biden laptop inquiry.
