Never had a problem with Chase in 15 years of their credit cards. I guess when my browser updated, it lost its cookies for my chase log in for my amazon prime card. I tried logging in to change my address as we just moved, but it won’t let me validate. It has some random phone number that is not mine and no longer offers an email based validation option.
