Democratic congressional candidate Brandon Riker hosted a town hall at the Mizell Center in Palm Springs to share his economic platform for California’s 48th district. Running as a trained economist, Riker’s platform centers on making the first 50,000 dollars of income tax-free, eliminating the Social Security FICA cap, and creating a federal program for rising home insurance costs.
