South Fulton mayoral race heads to runoff next month

South Fulton’s mayoral race is headed to a Dec. 2 runoff between Carmalitha Gumbs and Mark Baker after neither candidate earned 50% of the vote; incumbent Mayor Khalid Kamau finished with 4%.
