My problem is that I can’t access my account to cancel the AutoPay. The service that I have is the prepaid mobile with 8GB ($40/mo). I’m not in the US and I can’t receive a text message with the new PIN when I try to reset it. Please, is there a way that I can reset my PIN through email or any other way on which I can cancel this AutoPay service?
