Threatening a NATO exit and disabling US arms in Ukraine will deter allies from buying American weapons. If US arms are mostly produced for the US, Israel, and a few Arab states, wouldn’t that contradict what DOGE aims to achieve? R&D costs remain unchanged. More taypayer money?
