Confirmed. There is a very high probability that Tanker Watch IE located the burning Russian shadow fleet LNG tanker ARCTIC METAGAZ using MODIS/TERRA satellite imagery.Tanker Watch IE (@Galwaybaywatch)The ARCTIC METAGAZ has caught fire.
Looking at NASA FIRMS imagery there’s no highlighted hotspot due to cloud cover.
However you can see this on the MODIS/TERRA layer.
