Провів щоденний селектор. Доповіді щодо наслідків російських ударів та відновлювальних робіт. Київська область: було влучання російського дрона по житловому будинку в Білогородці, двоє людей загинули. Мої співчуття рідним і близьким. Чотирирічну дитину вдалося врятувати. Надається допомога постраждалим від цього удару.

На Київщині тривають і значні відключення споживачів від електрики. У Києві частково вдалося зменшити кількість будинків, які досі без опалення. Станом на цей день таких будинків більше ніж 700 у трьох районах столиці. Ремонтні бригади працюють по максимуму. На допомогу столиці залучені бригади майже з усієї нашої держави. Але потрібно значно більше оперативності в рішеннях саме на міському рівні у Києві.

Була доповідь МВС по наданню допомоги та гарячого харчування в пунктах підтримки й обігріву: за вчорашній день 6200 людей отримали гаряче харчування. Достатній ресурс у резерві, щоб за необхідності збільшити можливості пунктів підтримки та обігріву, а також обсяги гарячого харчування.

Окремо обговорили ситуацію в Харкові, на Сумщині та в Чернігові. У Запоріжжі тривають роботи після удару російської РСЗВ по місту. Це був удар просто по житловому району, і жодних військових цілей поруч немає. Будемо справедливо відповідати Росії на цей та інші подібні обстріли.

Необхідні сили залучені на Дніпровщині для відновлення після ударів по обʼєктах енергетики. Ідеться про Синельниковський і Камʼянський райони та Кривий Ріг. Станом на сьогоднішній ранок у Кривому без опалення були 243 будинки.

Доповідали також по ситуації в Одесі та області, на Кіровоградщині, Полтавщині, у Вінницькій і Чернівецькій областях, у Херсоні та на Миколаївщині. Вдячний усім працівникам енергетичних компаній, комунальних служб, ДСНС України, які задіяні в роботах фактично цілодобово й повертають людям базові умови життя. Дякую кожному, хто зараз справді з людьми, зі своїми громадами.

I held a daily coordination call and received reports on the consequences of Russian strikes and ongoing restoration work. In the Kyiv region, a Russian drone struck a residential building in Bilohorodka; two people were killed. My condolences to their families and loved ones. A four-year-old child was rescued. Assistance is being provided to those affected by this strike.

Significant power outages for consumers continue in the Kyiv region. In Kyiv, the number of buildings without heating has been partially reduced. As of today, there are more than 700 such buildings in three districts of the capital. Repair crews are working at maximum capacity. Crews from almost across the entire country have been deployed to assist the capital. However, much greater speed is needed in decision-making at the city level in Kyiv.

There was also a report from the Ministry of Internal Affairs on assistance and the provision of hot meals at assistance points and warming centers – yesterday alone, 6,200 people received hot meals. Sufficient resources remain in reserve to expand the capacity of assistance points and warming centers, as well as the volume of hot meals, if necessary.

The situation in Kharkiv, the Sumy region, and Chernihiv was discussed separately. In Zaporizhzhia, recovery work is ongoing following a Russian MLRS strike on the city. The strike hit a residential neighborhood, with no military targets anywhere nearby. We will respond to Russia in a just manner to this and other similar attacks.

The necessary forces have been deployed in the Dnipro region to carry out recovery work following strikes on energy facilities. This concerns the Synelnykove and Kamyanske districts, as well as Kryvyi Rih. As of this morning, 243 buildings in Kryvyi Rih were without heating.

Reports were also delivered on the situation in Odesa and the region, the Kirovohrad, Poltava, Vinnytsia, and Chernivtsi regions, as well as in Kherson and the Mykolaiv region. I am grateful to all employees of energy companies, municipal services, and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine who are working virtually around the clock and restoring basic living conditions for people. I thank everyone who is truly standing with people and with their communities right now.
