Putin says Russia is ready to pay $1 billion for permanent membership in Trump’s “Board of Peace” using funds frozen in the U.S. Commenting on Greenland, Putin said the island could be valued at $200–250 million, adding that the U.S. could “afford” such a purchase if prices were comparable to those at which Russia sold Alaska.
